At the end of March, fifteen trainers working in a number of groups in the County of Marin in Northern California became certified Roots of Success instructors. Marin Employment Connection hosted this training. Their goal is to support a thriving, diverse workforce in the Marin County community. MEC added the Roots of Success to the tools and services they offer to achieve personal and professional success to members of their community.
