A Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) is a proven model of apprenticeship that has been validated by the U.S. Department of Labor or a State Apprenticeship Agency. The Roots of Success Apprenticeship is a Career Technical Education (CTE) pathway. CTE is a program of study that integrates core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge to provide students with a pathway to postsecondary education and careers.
