Last month 13 new instructors were certified to teach Roots of Success during a day-long training in Huston, TX for the Lone Star College System — the largest institution of higher education in the Houston area, and the fastest-growing community college system in Texas. Community College leaders hope that Roots of Success for Social Entrepreneurs will help them to prepare local residents with the knowledge and skills they need to access entrepreneurial opportunities in the green economy.

Members of the Harris County community who are interested in taking Roots of Success can visit Lone Star College System’s website for more information about the campuses and programs offering the curriculum.
